I start chanting and drumming on the rock with with my gloved hands softly keeping a rhythm ~ my foot pounding away into the loose rock accompanying myself ~ it seems totally appropriate to join in somehow ~ it is just hey hey yah yah hey yah hey ~ feeling the rhythm ~ feeling completely at One with all this.</div><div class="" style="text-align: center;"> As I do this singing/chanting the birds start flying lower and closer to me.
