Workshop scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, at 5:30 p.m. PT.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">To address the immediate communications and promotional needs surrounding
the World Polio Torch Relay, this workshop will now focus exclusively on the
World Polio Torch Relay Toolkit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">During the workshop, we will review:</span></p>

media resources available to clubs</span></li>

media alerts, and promotional materials</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Tips for engaging local media and
promoting your club’s relay activities</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Photography and storytelling
recommendations</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 8pt;font-size:12pt;font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The steps clubs should take now
to prepare for the October 2–24 relay</span></li>

November, allowing us to give both resources the time and attention they
deserve.</span></p>

helping to promote the relay are strongly encouraged to attend. Your
participation will help ensure consistent and effective communications
throughout the District.</span></p>
