These include the overall state of the U.S. insurance market (which is stable but experiencing modest rate increases), costs of the U.S. Club Program insurance policies, expenses incurred to manage the U.S. Club Program, and the rising cost of claims (due to increasing medical and legal expenses). These factors will likely contribute to a modest assessment rate increase.</span></span><br>
