We will produce in addition to the usual meeting minutes of the Town Hall, which are for internal consumption, a more concise summary for distribution to the general public, approved by the Board and Ted Williams before release. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">2. We decided to provide $1,000 in disaster relief funding to the Victory School of Hope in Vanuatu, which was hit by two very large cyclones last year. Jeff will help arrange the transfer.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">3. The Spring Retreat will be on the evening of Tuesday May 14, in Preston Hall (provided that is ok with the Church), and</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">4. The annual awards night will be Saturday June 15, in the Park.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We discussed the budget and possible increases in dues and lunch fees, but did not reach a decision pending receipt of updated accounts.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Next week's meeting will feature a ceremony for the community service beneficiaries, and a talk by Angela Matano on the Film Festival.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Minutes are attached.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Cheers,</div><div><br></div><div class="ydp3f183fecsignature">Jeff Stubbs<br>P.O.
