<html><head></head><body><div class="ydp309b4b62yahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:16px;"><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Dear Rotarians,</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We had a great meeting last Thursday, 9/28/23, with good attendance and an excellent talk by a visitor, Deborah Cohen, who spoke on the EPA.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">In addition to Deborah and her husband Martin we had a drop-in guest as well as Michael Brown, Toby, John Cottle, Jerry K, Margaret, Ray, Gary, Leona, Mike and Matt, a total of 14 persons.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We talked about the golf tournament, and the dinner raffle. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The President requested all club members to look around to see what he/she could donate to the golf tournament raffle, and provide those items to Margaret who will be collecting them in her office. Also to ask his/her friends who were hole sponsors last year to do that again this year. Each member is expected to identify two hole sponsors. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Also he asked us to get the sale of raffle tickets for the dinner raffle into high gear. Each member should sell at least two tickets. Leona is coordinating the release of tickets. If you cannot sell yours, please let her know and we can identify another person to get them sold. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">On Monday John Cottle and Jeff had a breakfast meeting with Michael Brown, who is now ready for induction. We need to arrange a similar meeting with Terry Surles after which Michael, Terry and Leon Thomsen can be inducted. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Our next meeting will be on October 5, agenda to be announced. </div><div><br></div><div class="ydp309b4b62signature">Jeff Stubbs<br>P.O.
