<div dir="ltr">Hello Mendocino Rotary,<div><br></div><div>The Community Services Board met before the regular speaker meeting on Thursday, March 23rd at 11:30am. In attendance were John Cottle, Ray Alarcon, Harold Hauck, Jeff Stubbs, Toby Wade, and the lovely Leona Walden.</div><div><br></div><div>Our agenda was to discuss two proposals that we received. </div><div><ul><li>Mendocino Art Center /Youth Art Program Wish List - Total $522.42 for supplies</li><li>Community Center of Mendocino/CMM Summer Enrichment Camps - Total for scholarships $8,000</li></ul><div>After looking at the available budget of $3,000 for the 2022 closing year. The committee voted that the Art Center would receive $522.42 toward supplies for their Youth Program with the remainder of the funds (@ $2,477.58) going to the Community Center of Mendocino's Summer Enrichment Camps for youth scholarships.</div></div><div><br></div><div>There was another proposal from Peter Gealey of the Noyo Yoyo Petanque Club for an upgrade/resurfacing of the petanque court. This proposal will go at the top of the list for our next meeting (Date TBD). Other late proposals that may come in will also be addressed at the next meeting.</div><div><br></div><div>As you know, all Club members may attend our Community Service meetings. Your insight and input are both welcomed and valued. If you would like to have a voting voice, please consider joining the Community Service Committee.
