<div dir="ltr"><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr">Press Release for Thursday Aug 6, 2020<br clear="all"><div> <br></div><div dir="ltr" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div>Wednesday was a good day at Sherwood Oaks.  No new cases were identified, and two of our residents who recovered at Adventist Health Mendocino Coast returned to the facility they know as home.  The last resident in our Covid area, a block of 8 rooms which have been sealed off from the rest of the facility, completed recovery and moved to the main facility.  The Covid area was professionally cleaned Wednesday, and will be opened to accept the remaining 7 residents in the hospital as they complete recovery.  The 3 heroic nurses who worked in the Covid zone will be in voluntary quarantine for 7 more days, and be tested again before returning to work.  </div><div><br></div><div>The 5 staff and 7 residents not fully recovered from Covid continue to slowly improve.</div><div><br></div><div>John Cottle DO</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr"><i>Frodo:  I wish none of this had happened.</i><div><i><br></i></div><div><i>Gandalf:  So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide.  All that we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.</i></div></div></div></div>
