A very useful discussion, high points as follows:</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">We need to be careful about funding as we move ahead, keep sufficient funds on hand to carry out fund raisers when that is possible again. It looks to me that we are well funded at present, but what if we cannot hold the golf tournament? The golf course is closed now due to the shelter in place and no essential travel for recreation restrictions.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Next year's district grant funding will be available this year for coronavirus mitigation only. Otherwise the normal deadlines apply. We need to be sure two of us take the district grant seminar, pass the test and sign the MOU, and we need to do it this month.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">One of us needs to step forward to chair our coronavirus committee. Who will it be?</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">RYLA camp is cancelled this year. Refunds can be issued if requested. Or those funds can be carried forward to next year.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I mentioned our desire to explore teaming with another club to trade places to stay, to be used in a raffle or auction. Not a likely fund raiser this year, but perhaps next year or whenever we get back to "normal".
