Are the poor and homeless able to be tested? We might support testing or transport to testing if that is a problem, sidewalk doctors, food, masks, transport. John, Donna and Mike need to weigh in on this. Perhaps Annie Liner too. If we all kick in $20 for each lunch we miss, and say 10 persons do it each week, we should be able to make close to $1,000 a month. Oh well I may be dreaming.
