I am asking for you to please look at this spreadsheet, and if you see donations, holes sponsors, or names that are not on it, please make note of it. I know that Jody and Harold have the complete lists of checks and merchandise (prizes, food and beverages), so I would like them to have this list updated first (Tuesday P.M., please) then send the updated list and have the rest of us double check it prior to Thursday. </span><br><br></div><div class="gmail_default">I added a column for THANK YOU's, and one for the initials of who wrote and sent it. I know John Porter has written several thank you's. Should we put a thanks in the Mendocino Beacon?<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default">Our meeting will start promptly at 12:10 so that we'll have time to eat, visit, recap the tournament and learn about our Vunarey project.
