Dear Club Presidents & Secretaries<br>

One of the program items at the District Conference is an In Memorium, where we honor those members who have passed away since our last conference memorial (May 8, 2016 to now).<br>
<br>
John Ging of the Rotary Club of Del Norte Sunrise is compiling the information for the program. What he needs is:
<ol>
<li>as good a quality (more pixels better image quality) photo in either .jpeg or .png format</li>
<li>proper spelling and guidance on how to pronounce the name</li>
<li>nicknames for those folks who commonly used them</li>
<li>a name of a dedicated contact person for each club. Updated/correct contact information for that person is requested to include work and home #'s. preferred email, Cell phone # and a yes/no if that person responds timely to text messages. I ask for this since quite often the listed contact information in DACDB and other district resources are in error.</li>
</ol>
Please get this information to John ASAP but in any case NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2017<br>
