Still looking for volunteers to help decorate our Christmas Tree in Rotary<br>
Park the afternoon of Thursday December 1st after our luncheon meeting.<br>
Matt is furnishing two 14 Ft. ladders, but is working that day and will<br>
not be onsite. John and I do not climb ladders anymore. Let me know if<br>
you are available to help. Would decorating the tree on Saturday December<br>
3rd be a better time. We would need to do this in the early afternoon to<br>
be able to light in that night at 5:00 PM. The Gloriana Carolers are<br>
planning to sing at the lighting that evening at 5 so I hope that many of<br>
you will support the event. I am placing an announcement in the<br>
newspapers and circulating posters in the community about the event. We<br>
are planning to give out candy canes to all the kids that show up for the<br>
lighting.<br>

We are also planning Santa to be at Rotary park by the tree on Saturday<br>
December 17th from 1-4 PM. I have arranged for a Santa Costume, but need<br>
a volunteer to fill it. We plan to take pictures of kids with Santa, have<br>
face painting and give out candy canes on December 17th. Let's make this<br>
a special treat for the kids and families in our community.<br>

Let me have your input ASAP so plans can be finalized.<br>

I have attached copies of the Christmas Tree and Santa Posters for your<br>
information.<br>
