Dear Club Presidents, Secretaries, Foundation Chairs,<br>

<b>In response to some requests here is a repeat of the raffle instructions sent by Raffle Chair Alicia Cerrruti August 21. Please note that directions to print your own raffle tickets are attached.</b><br>
<br>
RAFFLE TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!!! Ticket Prices: $20 each OR 6 tickets for $100. Checks should be made payable to: <b>The Rotary Foundation and sent directly</b>.<br>
<br>
We hope you will come to the dinner and have a great time, but remember<br>
<b>you do NOT need to be present to win!</b> <br>
<b>NEW THIS YEAR – YOU WILL PRINT YOUR OWN RAFFLE TICKETS</b>!! Template will be provided to you. Please print ONLY on a basic, regular white copy paper in landscape format and DO NOT ALTER in any way. <b>Tickets must be returned to the event to be eligible for the drawing!!!</b><br>

Attached you will find a letter with all the important details and the raffle ticket template for this year's event.<br>
<br>
<b>EVERY club is asked to donate 1 or 2 baskets (a collective minimum value of $100). </b>We will NOT accept cash from clubs this year. Be creative! Perhaps a basket with items representing your area, theme packages (coffee & tea, wine & cheese, games, movies, date night, etc.). Even a gift certificate to a fabulous store or restaurant!<b> </b><b>Please deliver your baskets to the event.<br>

Raffle tickets will be collected at the event.</b> If you are unable to attend, call Alicia Cerruti to make other arrangements. My contact details are below.<br>
