<p class="MsoNormal">At the July Rotary Board Meeting, it was discussed and approved to bring to the general membership the following resolution;<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A motion was made and unanimously approved by the board of directors to change the Rotary meeting schedule to the 2<sup>nd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> Thursday of each month effective August 2015. A third Rotary meeting will be held the third
Monday of each month in the form of the Board Meeting which is open to the general membership. A fourth meeting will be announced every 4<sup>th</sup> Thursday of the month and will consist of participation in various activities (Highway Clean-up, fundraisers,
committee meetings, etc.). Attendance at the 2<sup>nd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> Thursday meetings will be tracked consistent with current practices for missed meeting fines, etc. The other meetings will be voluntary. Please be prepared to share your questions,
comments, and concerns.<o:p></o:p></p>
