
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"><html><head><meta content="text/html;charset=UTF-8" http-equiv="Content-Type"></head><body ><div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><div>Hello fellow quilters, <br></div><div><br></div><div>I ran into Nancy K at Sew & Sew this afternoon and she reminded me to please put out a request for quilts to cheer up our Fort Bragg library and all the hard working librarians that work there. Dan, our local librarian, loves having quilts hanging in the library during the "dark and dreary" winter months. The quilts will probably be hung through February but Dan will let us know when he is ready to take them down.<br></div><div><br></div><div>The only guideline for the quilts is NO CHRISTMAS quilts, but holiday quilts are fine per Nancy's discussion with Dan. A few SMALL children's quilts that the kids would enjoy would be great too! He would love to see colorful, cheery, warm, comfortable looking quilts. <br></div><div><br></div><div>If you are willing to look through your shelves and would like to "air out" some of your beautiful work and share your talents with others, please take your quilts to SEW & SEW. The quilts must have labels or identifying information so we know who they belong to. The guild has done this before so it would be wonderful if there are quilts that haven't been at the library in the past, BUT that is not a hard and fast rule! <br></div><div><br></div><div>Thank you for considering sharing your quilts! <br></div><div><br></div><div>And keep on quilting!!!!!!<br></div><div><br></div><div>Happy Holidays, stay warm & dry!<br></div><div>Shari Lyons <br></div><div>707-684-0831<br></div><div>lybra@mcn.org<br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div><br></body></html>
