Hello to all of you who have been students in past classes with Laura Fogg.
<br>
<br>There is a 5-day retreat at Emandal on August 23-27. Emandal is an old family camp on the beautiful Eel River to the east of Willits. You get to stay in either one of the houses or in a cabin, and the farm-grown food is out of this world. This retreat, with the class included, is less than half the cost of Asilomar or Tahoe. A lot of people enjoy coming with a good friend so they can share the fun.
<br>
<br>Just to reassure people- this class is totally friendly to any level of quilter, and a LOT of fun. I run it like private lessons in a group setting, and each student works on their own project(s) at their own pace. You can show up when you want and take a break to walk or swim in the river on your own schedule. I have taught at this retreat four times, and every student has come out of it happy and with a project they are proud of.
