We agreed that it is time for the Ocean Wave Quilters to require the same for any member wishing to participate in any in-person guild activity. </div><div><br></div><div>So, please take a photo or make a copy of your COVID card showing your 2 vaccinations AND your booster - make sure your name shows clearly on the copy - and send it to me via one of the following methods:</div><div><br></div><div>Attach a photo of your card to an email and send it to me - sharon@oceanwavequilters.com</div><div><br></div><div>Text me the photo at 707-357-7447</div><div><br></div><div>Put a photocopy in the mail to me at PO Box 1653, Mendocino 95460</div><div><br></div><div>I will maintain the copies in a secure file on my computer.
