Only members who have been fully vaccinated (or who have proof of a negative COVID test within the previous 72 hours) are permitted to attend gatherings at the Senior Center; this is <b>their</b> rule, not Ocean Wave Quilters'. It is also a rule that other senior centers in Mendocino County are following after consultation with the county health department.<br></div><div><br></div><div>To meet this requirement, I am requesting that you provide me a copy of your COVID vaccination card. You can do this in one of these ways:<br></div><div><br></div><ul dir="ltr"><li><span>Take a photo or scan of your card and email it to me.<br><br></span></li><li><span>Take a photo copy of your card and give it to me at the next OWQ meeting on July 11th, which will be outdoors at Lonna's house.<br><br></span></li><li><span>Take a photo copy of your card and mail it to me at PO Box 1653, Mendocino 95460.<br></span></li></ul><div><br></div><div>MAKE SURE YOUR NAME IS ON THE CARD before you make the copy. <br></div><div><br></div><div>I will maintain these copies in a secure file.
