Thanks to all who attended. We focused on breathing and movement to build immune strength.</div><div class="">Next practice will be <b class="">Wednesday 11/18 at 10:30 am. </b></div><div class="">We will continue with strengthening our immune systems with focus on breath, lung energy and balancing heat in the body. If you have a yoga mat, please have that handy.</div><div class="">Do remember tho, this practice is accessible to anyone. Seated practice is fine. No equipment or props needed.
