That same morning, a Nebraska court approved the KXL route in the state, clearing the way for a final decision from President Obama.<br><br><strong><a href="http://action.sierraclub.org/site/R?i=lkZWlKD-9yQPprGTICE82Q" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0, 51, 153); text-decoration: underline; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; ">This Tuesday, January 13, thousands of changemakers will gather around the country to send a message to President Obama: It's time to reject Keystone XL once and for all!
