On July 28,  2012 the three peace activists penetrated the exterior of Y-12 at the Oak Ridge nuclear weapons complex in Tennessee, supposedly one of the most secure nuclear-weapons facilities in the United States. Megan, Michael and Greg risked their lives by standing in a free-fire zone to bring attention to our desperate need to eliminate nuclear weapons.</p>

The "Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law" (FFCL) summarizes the coalition's case regarding major quality assurance (QA) violations at Fermi 3. Terry Lodge of Toledo (photo, left) serves as the coalition's attorney; Arnie Gundersen, Chief Engineer, Fairewinds Associates, Inc., serves as the coalition's expert witness. The coalition also filed FFCL regarding its other remaining contention, regarding the state-threatened Eastern Fox Snake, whose habitat amongst Lake Erie coastal wetlands will be destroyed if Fermi 3 is built.
