As you may know, Heidi and Meg Courtney [who is travelling abroad] are a City Council committee to deal with getting transparency back via public access TV which the Footlighters destroyed.</span><br style="font-size: 21px; "><br style="font-size: 21px; "><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre; font-size: 21px; "> </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 21px; ">From Heidi we understand that the City Council on Monday at its 6 pm meeting will hear an update from the City Manager.. Seatings are 5-7pm, $40.
