It seems some members of their board have forgotten that the primary fiduciary responsibility of a non-profit board is to protect the communities' assets. When a board cannot manage itself, as evidenced by the current controversy, it is time for a new board. <br><br>Our Senior Center provides very valuable services and we need to keep it going under the leadership that has brought it through some very rough times. I wonder about the motivation of the 4 board members who supposedly voted to fire Charles Bush.
