">Two weeks ago MCTV sent a letter to the Footlighters' lawyer </span><span style="font-size: 19px; ">outlining what we could offer and still be able to operate MCTV. The next day the Footlighter lawyer submitted his letter to the Ukiah courts demanding MCTV pay back rent and other expenses adding up to over $40,000. <br> <br> Meanwhile, the Footlighters have not responded to the MCTV offer. So it seems we are waiting for the court to process the Footlighters' demand. Once the courts have processed the judgement which could happen any day now, the waiting will be over. </span><br> <br> <span style="font-size: 19px;">Many people have asked what they can do to help. We wish there was a way people could do something, but the process leading to the end of MCTV cannot be stopped by anyone but the Footlighters and their lawyer. </span></div> <div style="margin-left: 40px;
