Hi Susan,

First I would like to thank you for referring me to the president of the County Recorders' Association of California, Gina Alcomendras. She has been very accommodating and open to the information I have presented to her. She has also said that she would present my letter to the association at the next quarterly meeting in July. A copy of this letter is attached.

She also said, contrary to what you told myself, Agnes Woolsey, and Robin Sunbeam, that no letter has been sent the the state legislature from the association. I have been very disappointed at your lack of willingness to do anything outside of your normal job description to protect the integrity of your office's public records as well as for the well being of your constituents and fellow citizens.

It is my sincere hope that you support this letter at the quarterly meeting and that you do everything in your power help my requests gain traction at the meeting. Perhaps you personally could write a letter to our state representatives.

I am also including a copy of an affidavit by an ex BofA employee which highlights how the banks will stop at no end to make money. This displays why it is important that we stop these banks, and that can be done by halting the foreclosures that legally should not be valid.

Sincerely,

Jed Davis
