BUT…. in my very humble and carefully expressed opinion… I believe it would be bad form(rude) to take on a rental that we can't assure at least 6 months for a caring landlord. It's a hassle to vette potential rental applicants. </div><div><br></div><div>Plus having to come up with $400 a month would I think wipe out kill OM - there are only 5 to 9 of us keeping things active.</div><div><br></div><div>The space behind Headlands is the least expensive --> $500 plus utilities and without a cost for WiFi cause Headlands service reaches that far and Lenore would very probably say OK, esp if we offered a few bucks and maybe create a few new customers.</div><div><br></div><div>I love the BookStore place but it doesn't have as many 'pros' as Alley space.
