estate for the people, not for the trillion dollar hedge funds and

completely, how local officials, backed by the people’s will, can “take over”

these loan payments will be made to the county bank for the next 30 years, not
some sovereign wealth fund somewhere being bailed out by the Fed and our

<P class=MsoNormal>This will be the foundation of the people taking back control
of their real estate and their destiny as a community.<o:p></o:p></P>
