This morning, in the cold and dark in the Bayview district, a group of foreclosure fighters (myself included) managed to STOP AN EVICTION!!! The homeowners will have a chance to have their loan modified. Negotiations will start to change the amount of the loan by having both the banks and the owners share the difference between the value of the home before the melt down, and the price of the home today. This lowered loan rate will have lowered interest and more years to pay back. This is a BIG DEAL!!
