<p>Yes, and wouldn't it be nice to replace the program director with
a program that allows all members to vote for shows so that you
have a running tally of "member's choice" programs. <br>
</p>
<p>We could also have proposed shows be something that members vote
on (if they want to)</p>
<p>The internet could be used to make the station extremely
transparent which I believe would improve it for all of us.<br>
</p>
<p>During pledge drives we should be able to see a REAL-TIME total
on contributions by time slot or money raised per show. <br>
</p>
<p>The website could be used for a lot more station business and
allow for more member input.<br>
</p>
<p>The members need to take more of a role in the community aspect
of the station and this could be facilitated through the website.
<br>
</p>
<p>I don't understand why we need to hire someone from out of the
area. <br>
</p>
<p>Is there no one from OUR community who wants to and is qualified
to run the station?</p>

a programmer on Women's Voices for almost ten years . .I

to be back on KZYX? hosting a show similar to Women's
Voices . .--maybe <br>
one that would include men, too .?? I've contacted

station but with no response. . . So . . .if there is a
