<p>Believe it or not, things _are_ changing. The Hospital Foundation dumped the insane policy of keeping annual reports -- Form 990s -- from its Board of Trustees. KZYX took a step in that direction earlier this year by admitting it was a mistake. And a very
dangerous leaky propane tank was finally removed from Mendocino Art Center property. All because of a little penmanship. </p>
