Along with a three-page determination letter from 1991. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>The <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Articles of Incorporation for MCPB were only signed by Sean </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Donovan. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">And </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">only as 'Incorporator'.
