Not sure what this filing means. I'm confused. Not sure what this "sale of asset" means, Scott. Did the station sell or transfer one of its FCC licenses?
Really?
About the signatories: Rawlins is long gone and won't return phone calls about KZYX. My attorney tried calling her years ago. Meanwhile, Lamb is deceased.
Incidentally, note the sharp escalation of the GM's salary since 2005. Rawlins got paid $33,502. Coate got paid $60,000. Wow! Double in only ten ((10) years.
BELINDA RAWLINS, GENERAL MANAGER, $33,502. (ANNUAL SALARY), PO BOX 633 40 PHILO, CA 95466
ANTONIA LAMB, DIRECTOR (SALARY--NONE), PO BOX 395 1 MENDOCINO, CA 95460

Also, Scott, not the following statement made by the station's accountant towards the end of the filing: Was another filing made in the proscribed ninety (90) days?
TAXPAYER RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS ADDITIONAL TIME TO GATHER INFORMATION NECESSARY TO FILE A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE TAX RETURN

It looks like this was the station's accountant back in 2005 when this filing was made:
