And could be associated</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>with his -- claim -- of being an attorney. Does anyone remember such a</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>claim? I've got a newspaper clipping from the Ukiah Daily Journal about</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>him being a member of the DC Bar 'currently on inactive status.' That was</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>from June of 1993. But the DC Bar website has records of thousands of </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>attorneys. Many of them listed as 'inactive'. But nobody with Tymon's </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>last name. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>This was after the bombing of Mendocino County resident Judi Bari and </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>the FBI's reported attempt to silence any reporting about that at KZYX. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Which didn't work. Then a bunch of self-proclaimed lawyers showed up. </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>And wound up calling the shots. Beyond the actual policy at KZYX. Running </div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>it more like a military intelligence operation than a public radio station.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>What boggles the mind is how this actually happened.
