can begin. But until and unless the board member apologizes and agrees to
engage in civil discourse both publicly and privately, there is nothing to talk
about. And he should be held accountable by resigning from the board. Even Mr.
O’Brien stated that “Nonviolent communication tells us to focus on

It is obviously unfortunate and counterproductive when people resort to
personal attacks when discussing hotly debated topics such as the inner working
of KZYX & Z. It is also obvious that Mr. Sakowitz's level of
frustration has risen to a level which has made his diatribes somewhat
counter-productive to his own cause. With that said, I believe that one
of Mr. Sakowitz's complaints is the lack of accountability and job performance
evaluations.<br>
So, in an effort to find the truth, would you be so kind as to help the members
understand how the underwriting has not increased at all since you made the
following statement at the December 9, 2008 board meeting. <br>

I wanted to give the board an update. We have 122 underwriters active in 2008,
with 45<br>
on air in the third quarter of the year. We have met our goal this year. Hope
to expand by<br>
$25k each year in future up to $250k. It has taken a while to get all the

digested so I can use it for planning purposes and for presentations.<br>
<br>
The underwriting revenue for 2014 is very close to what it was in 2008.
Can you explain?<br>
