I imagine it was difficult to do so. And I agree with him that personal matters should not be disclosed, for a variety of reasons that range from safety to privacy. But I will respectfully disagree that the salaries of an employee of KZYX should likewise not be disclosed.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_3200" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_3239" dir="ltr">MCPB/KZYX is a membership nonprofit chartered under the laws of the State of California. The members have a right to review the financial records of the corporation:<br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_3240" dir="ltr"><br></div><pre id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_3248" style="" class="">Corporations Code Section 6333. The accounting books and records and minutes of proceedings of the members and the board and committees of the board shall be open to inspection upon the written demand on the corporation of any member at any reasonable time, for a purpose reasonably related to such person's interests as a member.</pre><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_2849">The books and records would reveal how much each person is paid, among other things.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_3317" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_1_1433371634204_3318" dir="ltr">It is always better for the management of any organization to provide such information when requested. But if they don't, then members can make a written demand for the information.
