We , the volunteers who work in the sidelines for quality radio as well<br>
as the on air volunteer programmers need a clear legal way to<br>
communicate that will be a part of the stations record files, and not<br>
just blown off .<br>

The staff and board list idea needs fluffing out , it was loosely<br>
based on A. Maslov's work. could work for self reflection, or other non<br>
profits feel free to modify , add or change for what is best . i think<br>
some see it as a mirror , and do not like feedback .<br>
