It is exercising FLEXIBILITY, with intelligence and a flair for pacing. <br />Which is also true at times for Music programmers who take their Intros and subsequent pacing seriously. <br /></span></font></span></span></font></p><p style="margin-left:53pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-.25in;"><font><span><span><font><span></span></font></span></span></font><font><span><font><span><span><font><span>Has no one at the station realized how officious the language of the Underwriting Policy is?</span></font></span></span></font><br /> "All underwriting is to be read exactly
