see fit. To me it seems we have already had this conversation on
the Programmers Listserv, and I doubt there is anything new in
this exchange. You have already been castigated by other
programmers for your actions and your incessant bragging, and you
have already provided them with lengthy and detailed
justifications, so I don't see what would be gained by rehashing
it all again. <br>
Nevertheless, I don't object to having my argument reposted there
if other programmers desire it. And I do thank you for at least
asking first! <br>

In general, I regard anything I post to an open forum (like this
one) as a public declaration, with no expectation of privacy. The
Programmer's listserv is not open to the public and I do regard
communications there as privileged, that is, only to be shared
with other programmers. It is clear that not everyone shares that
view.<br>
