starting to build a campaign up here in Humboldt to explore creating a
ban on fracking. Several of us really enjoy many of the aspects of your
Measure S and would like to begin dialogue with you about sharing the
momentum you've created and join us here in Humboldt to create an even
broader territory with strong community rights initiatives, to provide
the needed protections against the Fracking Industry. <br /><br />Please
