as you indicated, it has not been</font> active for some time. In
fact, the last exchange was 2 years and 2 weeks ago. Furthermore, to
be truly effective and maximize the potential benefits from the time
bank model, it really needs to be located within the community which
it serves.<br>

that Mendocino County already has a time bank. It is not used
