Yes, time banks are working for small towns and large cities
worldwide. A time bank is basically just a mechanism that allows
and organizes equitable exchange among neighbors. The 6.5-minute <a

page of the Time Bank Media</a> site gives a concise explanation
of how it works. The ultimate goal for the coordinating team is to
eventually become obsolete.<br>

that Mendocino County already has a time bank. It is not used
very much, but it does exist. You might consider expanding and
promoting that existing system.
