Next issue:
I am reluctant to release funds until the group agrees on it. The
bank
balance is about $954.
• We owe Jamie Lee $321. He came to the rescue for the Road Show and
printed up literature and posters, as well as ordering 50 yard signs.
I
am ready to pay him. Any objections?
• We owe Carrie $132 for lawn sign WIRES plus about $80 for thank you
notes. These were all preapproved. I am ready to pay her. Any
objections?
• Beth B. ran the whole Laytonville Road Show single handed and
brought
in over $1600. Now she would like to be reimbursed for her out of
pocket expenses of $228.12 none of which were pre-approved, but all of
which were essential to the Measure S campaign. These included those
first laminated signs we used of a pond of rippling water, and all the
yard signs in Laytonville. I want to reimburse her totally. Any
objections?
I also prepared an agenda for the next Point Person meeting which got
postponed indefinitely since there are no longer point people except
for
the Treasurer. Does anyone want to meet in a telephone conference on
Thursday? Any other day?
