draft #14. <br /><br />The PBI has recently overhauled their website
and after a thorough search, our draft charter is no longer there.
Instead, there is a link to the MC Public Banking Coalition Facebook page
and the draft charter can be seen there in the NOTES section. Since
it was the first thing entered into the notes, it is now on the bottom of
