The County has a draft ban going thru the Planning process, and industry is providing 'expert' testifiers like the lawyer that took on our citizen's initiative, and David Quast of Energy in Depth - the 'Joe Camel' of California fracking - all the way from San Diego! </div><div><br></div><div>Most recent abomination is oil PAC 'Platinum Sponsorship' of Butte County's long-standing, family oriented 'Harvest Festival' which the ag community puts together to help teach urbanites in Chico about farm life and work, including school class trips, farm tours for all ages, a big reception with awards, a full day of fun and games....ARGH!
