me that the public comment period for the newly revised <STRONG>SB 4 Well
Stimulation Treatment Regulations</STRONG> regarding well stimulation treatments
such as hydraulic fracturing and acid matrix stimulation will be from 10/9/14 to
10/24/14 at 5 pm. The second revised test of the proposed regulations and
