As you know the grassroots activists in San Benito County Rising got their ban-fracking ballot initiative qualified for the November elections. They have launched their campaign to win the YES on Measure J vote! Saturday, August 23 is the kick-off for precinct walking. <BR>
Can you join us on August 23? <BR>
Or any weekend from now until Election Day? You can join us on Saturday or stay overnight and door-knock on Sunday also. Room and board is available on a first come, first served basis.<BR>

San Benito County’s fight is our fight. If the people win this fight, it will inspire other communities throughout California to use the initiative process to ban fracking. If it loses, the stop fracking movement will suffer a major setback. <BR>
