I am glad to announce we are finished checking signatures on the petition you submitted. We checked 4,169 signatures and found 3,250 valid signatures. I have prepared a Clerk's Certificate to Initiative Petition to submit to the Board of Supervisors (BOS) in the morning. The BOS will follow Elections Code Section 9118. I have attached a Statement of Number of Signers and the computer generated Petition Statistics to this email for your records. Hard copies to follow in the mail. <BR>
