The case will face more legal challenges - even getting an order signed regarding above ruling is being challenged now.<BR>

We REALLY need an attorney now, at least to consult with us - an appeal is likely coming soon. Anyone have a referral? I spoke with two attorney with EarthJustice yesterday (thanks to Lora Jo Foo for the contact) but this isn't their specialty. Apparently, only 3 attys in all of CA specialize in election law in appeals court. We do have local well-meaning attys helping us, but this isn't their specialty.<BR>
