Mike Dean and i went to the "regulatory" commission (DOGGR) meeting on
fracking in Sac'to (close to 2 years ago), the people organizing the
protest and comments to the commission, said that the industry had many
permits and some functioning that are unreported...even to the
commission. I think the group was <span style="color:rgb(7,55,99)">Californians Against Fracking</span>, but i
am not sure. Basically, since the industry has such leeway, it may or
may not report things.</b><font size="4"> The only thing i have to add...it was not <span style="color:rgb(7,55,99)">CAF</span>. It was Clean Water Action. I guess you could contact them. Beth B<br></font></div></div></div>
