When Mike Dean and i went to the "regulatory" commission (DOGGR) meeting on fracking in Sac'to (close to 2 years ago), the people organizing the protest and comments to the commission, said that the industry had many permits and some functioning that are unreported...even to the commission. I think the group was Californians Against Fracking, but i am not sure. Basically, since the industry has such leeway, it may or may not report things. Beth B
There is no attribution for the map, nor are there any details as to who issued the permits, where they are located, who holds them and what their plans are.
